“I barbecue with wine (glass in hand) and sometimes even use it in a marinade or two”. Join us for this tasting to celebrate the new Spring month of April with wines for the barbecue. We will be looking at a range of styles in all shapes and sizes of grapes and wines to pair with your favourite barbecued dish, and discussing why some work and some do not. This tasting will have wines for all – sparkling, whites and reds along with some recipe suggestions using wines for rubs and marinades.
