Ingredients

  • 2 oz Co-op Bourbon
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz honey
  • 6 oz ginger beer
  • 1 lime wheel
  • 1 lime wedge

How to make it

  1. Fill a shaker with ice, add in Bourbon, lemon juice and honey. Shake well
  2. Strain into a pint glass filled with ice
  3. Top with ginger beer and stir well
  4. garnish with lime wedge in the glass and a lime wheel on the lip
