Here are a few of our favourite coffee-based cocktails that are delicious in any season.

Sipping on a warm coffee cocktail at the end of your day, or after a great meal is one of life's decadent pleasures. Here are few of our favourite coffee-based cocktails that are perfect to whip up any time of year, sure to take the chill off any evening.
Irish Coffee
• 2 tbsp heavy cream
• 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
• 1 tsp sugar syrup or superfine sugar
• Coffee
Add sugar (preferably brown) to strong hot black coffee and stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Add Irish whiskey. Leave enough space in the glass to add the cream. Carefully "float" the cream on to the coffee by using the back of a spoon. Do not stir. Sip the coffee through the cool cream to truly enjoy this classic.
Whipped cream is a delicious substitute for the cream.
Monte Cristo
• 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz orange liqueur
• Coffee
• Whipped cream
Add liqueurs to coffee. Top with whipped cream.
Mexican Coffee
• 1 1/2 oz tequila
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• Coffee
• Whipped Cream
Mix tequila and coffee liqueur in a large mug or glass. Add hot coffee, and top with whipped cream. Option: Add a few sprinkles of cinnamon.
Sailors Coffee
• 1/3 oz Amaretto
• 1/3 oz coconut rum
• 1/3 oz coffee liqueur
• Coffee
• Whipped cream
Add liqueurs to hot coffee. Top with whipped cream. Option: Rim the snifter glass with sugar.
