Gabriel Meffre Hommage Côtes du Rhône Rouge - France

This French blend hits your palate full front with loads of vibrant red and black fruits like cherry, raspberry, blackberry and plum. The finish is short, but offers white peppers, minerality and a touch of leather.

Château Ste. Michelle Syrah - USA

Despite the name this wine is American and has all the bold American style. A robust body, filled with black fruit and luscious-oak notes like vanilla, coffee and chocolate. At the end, the complexity of earth driven notes like smoke and leather keep this bold wine elegant.

Eclipse Trebbiano d’Arbruzzo - Italy

Light body, pleasant fruit and the invigorating acid that Italian whites are known for. Peach and green apple play off the minerality and honey notes at the core of this wines profile.

Pair this wine with pesto, seafood, soft cheese and light meats.

Tinhorn Creek Chardonnay - Canada

This elegant Chardonnay comes from the warm area of the Okanagan called the Black Sage Bench. Featuring fruit flavours of golden apple, fresh nectarine and lemon zest is complimented with baking spice, rich macadamia nut and an almond biscotti note which are the result of the gentle use of oak aging.

The medium body and complex flavours makes this an ideal wine.

Pair this wine with chicken pot pie andor steak topped with Béarnaise sauce.

Luscious palate with a plethora of fruit, from the tropical passionfruit to a crisp and zippy-lemon note. The crisp acid helps keep this otherwise juice bomb in check and provides always important structure.
