The WSET Level 2 Beer text ‘Beer Looking Behind the Label’ guides this three-day course. (Jan. 12, 13, & 14, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Explanations of the main ingredients in beer, the production steps and the key features of specific beer styles and how they are all linked come together over a three day course of instruction with a 50 question multiple choice exam at the conclusion of the course instruction.

Throughout the three day course, numerous different beers will be tasted and evaluated, your text and workbook will be issued ahead of time upon receipt of payment for the course so that necessary reading and study can be done ahead of time.

The 3 day course program is being instructed by renown worldwide Beer Expert Mirella Amato. Mirella is also the Senior Business Development Manager for the WSET Beer division. The course covers –

Malting: Malt types, adjuncts, the brewing process and equipment

Beer Tasting: Basic techniques for evaluating beer flavors and aromas.

A Fifty question examination completes the course at the end of the day on October 3rd
