  • 1 oz Gin
  • ¾ oz fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • ½ tbsp Liquid Honey
  • 1 cup Founders & Farmers Pilsner
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Lemon Wheel
  • Ice

How to make it

  1. In a Collins glass, stir together the gin, honey, lemon juice and a dash of bitters until the honey is completely dissolved.
  2. Fill the glass three quarters full with ice and top with Pilsner.
  3. Stir very gently and garnish with a lemon wheel.
