Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hakutsuru Junmai Saké (chilled)
  • 2 oz Hakutsuru Yuzu Nigori Liqueur (chilled)
  • 3 oz Social Collection Prosecco (chilled)
  • 1 oz soda water (chilled)
  • Garnish: Lemon wheel or yuzu slice, plus mint

How to make it
