  • 2 oz Cal & Gary's Reposado Tequila
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  • 2 dashed rosemary or orange bitters (optional)
  • ginger beer, for topping
  • rosemary, for serving

How to make it

  1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice
  2. Combine tequila, apple cider, lemon juice, Cointreau and bitters in a cocktail shaker
  3. Fill with ice and shake until combined, about 1 minute. Strain into your prepared glass
  4. Top with ginger beer and rosemary sprig
