  • 2 lime wedges,
  • 2 - 3 strawberries, halved, plus more for serving
  • 1 tsp agave sryup
  • 2 oz Tequila or Mezcal
  • 1 oz Caintreau
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • ice

How to make it

  1. Pour salt onto a small plate, rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lime wedge, then dip into salt, turning to coat.
  2. In a glass, muddle 2 - 3 strawberries with agave. Add tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice. Fill glass with ice and stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with a strawberry and lime wedge.
