Ingredients

  • 4 oz Premium Tequila
  • 2 cups Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 2 oz Agave Nectar
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Jalapeno*, stem removed
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • Tajin and Lime for rimming and garnish
  • Mango and Jalapeno Slices, for garnish

How to make it

  1. Rub the rims of the margarita glasses with a lime and dip in tajin and set aside. Repeat with a few pieces of mango and set aside for garnish.
  2. In a high-speed blender combine tequila, mango, agave, orange & lime juice, jalapeno and ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour into tajin rimmed glasses and garnish each with tajin rubbed mango and jalapeno slices skewered with a bamboo pick or paper umbrella.
  4. *for a milder version remove some or all of the seeds from the jalapeno. For the thrill seekers, substitute a habanero pepper for the jalapeno
