Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Cal & Gary's Gin
  • 1/2 oz Crème de Cassis
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Honey Syrup

  • 4 oz Honey
  • 4 oz water

How to make it

  1. Combine honey and water, stir until combined
  2. Fill a highball glass with ice
  3. Pour over gin, cassis and honey syrup
  4. Fill with soda and stir well
  5. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig
