Calgary Mule

A variant of the Moscow Mule – bucks are a family of cocktails made with ginger ale/beer and citrus and can be based on any liquor.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz CO-OP Bourbon
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz honey
  • 6 oz ginger beer

How to Make It

1.

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add in Bourbon, lemon juice and honey.

3.

Shake well.

4.

Strain into a pint glass filled with ice.

5.

Top with ginger beer.

6.

Stir well.

7.

Garnish with lime wedge in the glass and a lime wheel on the lip.

The Calgary Mule is subtle version of the Bourbon Buck, which uses honey to reduce the spicy burn of traditional ginger beers.
