If you’re a fan of the structured, more ethereal styles of Chardonnay, then look no further than Paul Hobbs CrossBarn Chardonnay. Sonoma’s cooler climate imparts ripe orchard fruit notes that are supplemented with a creamy mouthfeel and flavours and aromas of oak.

Sauvignon Blanc and the country of New Zealand are essentially synonymous. It accounts for the vast majority of plantings in New Zealand and what has skyrocketed the country to global fame in the wine world. Loaded with notes of citrus, passionfruit and herbaceous aromas, it is light-bodied and incredibly refreshing.
Pair this wine with fresh seafood, light salads and asparagus.
Vinho Verde is a region in northern Portugal known for its fresh, sometimes semi-sparkling whites that pair amazingly with seafood. Gazela is one of the most well-known from the region and as far as a refreshing summer sipper goes, this is one of the best in the category.

Rioja as a region produces a massive amount of red wine. However, the grape Viura is capable of making some exceptional white wine as well. Here it is fermented in stainless steel to retain the freshness and fruitiness and deliver an aromatic, elegant drinking experience.

Pinot Gris is one of the most popular white grapes and is one of the most planted in the Okanagan. Typically, the wines are more structured and richly flavoured compared to an Italian Pinot Grigio. Ripe peach, nectarine, yellow apple and pear notes dominate.
Pair with a spinach salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, chicken and grilled Alberta pork chops.
