  • Kosher salt (for garnish)
  • 1 lime, 1/2 juiced, 1/2 cut into wedges
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz Cal & Gary's Tequila
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 1 grapefruit wedge (for garnish)

How to make it

  1. Pour salt onto a small plate, rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lime wedge, then dip into salt, turning to coat.
  2. Add grapefruit juice, tequila, simple syrup, lime juice, and a pinch of salt into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and gently stir.
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit and serve immediately.
