  • 1 355ml can Founders & Farmers Light Lager
  • 1 cup black tea, brewed double strength and chilled
  • ¾ cup sparkling water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 ½ oz honey or agave syrup
  • Ice

How to make it

  1. Start by stirring the honey with the lemon juice and chilled black tea until the honey is completely dissolved.
  2. Divide this mixture into two 16 oz beer glasses half filled with ice cubes.
  3. Split the soda water among the two glasses and top each with ice cold Founders & Farmers Light Lager.
  4. Stir very gently and garnish with a lemon wheel.
