  • 1 grapefruit wedges, plus thin sliced for serving
  • 3 oz Campari, chilled
  • 3 oz Co-op Prosecco, chilled
  • 2 oz grapefruit seltzer or club soda
  • Ice

How to make it

  1. Squeeze juice from grapefruit wedges into a glass, then add Campari and stir to combine.
  2. Top with Prosecco and seltzer, then fill with ice. Garnish with a thin grapefruit slice.
