A variant of the Kentucky Buck – bucks are a family of cocktails made with ginger ale/beer and citrus and can be based on any liquor.
In a shaker add in ginger and both lemon wedges.
Muddle with a fork or the back of a wooden spoon until lots of liquid is released and it smells like ginger and lemon.
Fill with ice and add in rye.
Shake well – until the sides of the shaker are cold.
Strain into a colins glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger kombucha and stir well.
Garnish with a fresh lemon wedge.
