Paraju Picuraru Primitivo 2020 – Italy

Primitivo got renamed Zinfandel in California, this wine comes from an original home in the south of Italy – Puglia. It is a big-full bodied wine that can be cellared or drunk now, flavours of cherry, chocolate, earth and cedar fill the glass.
Pair with an Alberta beef grilled-ribeye steak.
La Storia Merlot 2021 – USA

From Trentadue Winery in Geyserville in Sonoma California, this is their premium Merlot. In the glass, rich aromas and flavours of blackberry, fruitcake, plum and spice mingle with plush velvety tannins.
Pair with a lamb or beef pot roast dish.
Citra Niro di Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2019 – Italy

Made from the Montepulciano grape, this wine is elegant with black cherry and wild fruit overtones blended in black pepper notes, cocoa and balsamic aromas. Medium bodied with a supple tannin structure.

Umberto Cesari is located in Romagna an area in central north Italy also famous for its cheese. The Pinot Grigio has an apple, pear and citrus flavour note coupled with refreshing acidity.
