Essay White Blend – South Africa

This white blend is Chenin Blanc-driven, which is one of South Africa’s most promising varietals. Chenin Blanc is sometimes referred to as Steen, and is known for its balanced acidity and appetite-wetting aromas of pineapple, lychee and guava. The addition of Viognier and Roussanne gives the wine an aromatic lift and a touch of richness on the palate.

Pair this wine with chicken, fish, fresh salads and soft cheese.

Perfectly Imperfect Rosé – Italy
