  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 bottle crisp white wine 750 ml (pinot grigio)
  • 1/2 cup limoncello
  • 1 cup meonade
  • 1 cup San Pellegrino
  • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
  • Mint or cilantro for garnish

How to make it

  1. In a small sauce pan bring the water and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled transfer to a large pitcher.
  2. Fill pitcher with wine, limoncello, lemonade, soda water and lemon slices (save some for garnish). Cover with plastic wrap in fridge until ready to serve.
  3. To assemble fill pitcher with ice and garnish with mint and cilantro leave and lemon slices.
