- 1 oz Irish Whisky
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 3 dash of bitters
- 2 oz soda water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 preserved cherry
How to make it
- Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice
- Pour over whiskey, vermouth, sugar and bitters in that order
- Stir well
- Top with soda water and stir gently
- Garnish with a preserved cherry
