  • 1 oz Irish Whisky
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 3 dash of bitters
  • 2 oz soda water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 preserved cherry

How to make it

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice
  2. Pour over whiskey, vermouth, sugar and bitters in that order
  3. Stir well
  4. Top with soda water and stir gently
  5. Garnish with a preserved cherry
