Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz Lindeman Bin 50 Shiraz
  • 1 oz Rye Whisky
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz strawberry puree
  • 1 1/4 cup strawberry jame
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest

How to make it

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Add in whiskey, lemon juice and strawberry puree
  3. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is cold
  4. Strain over an ice filled rocks glass
  5. Pour Lindeman Bin 50 Shiraz over the whiskey mixture and garnish with a lemon twist
Strawberry Puree
  1. Strain strawberry jam through a sieve to remove seeds
  2. Add lemon zest and juice
  3. Stir well and refrigerate for up to 14 days or freeze for up to 6 months
