  • 1 oz Cal & Gary's Rye Whisky
  • 1 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange Peel Twist and Rosemary Sprig, for garnish

  • In a mixing glass combine the rye, dry vermouth, aperol and bitters. Add a few ice cubes and stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
  • Strain into a rocks glass with a few fresh ice cubes and garnish with an orange peel twist and sprig of rosemary.
