1 oz Cal & Gary's Rye Whisky or Cal & Gary's Gin
1 oz Dry Vermouth
1 oz Aperol
2-3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Ice cubes
Orange Peel Twist and Rosemary Sprig, for garnish
In a mixing glass combine the rye, dry vermouth, aperol and bitters. Add a few ice cubes and stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass with a few fresh ice cubes and garnish with an orange peel twist and sprig of rosemary.
