Matcha Latte

A grown-up version of an iced Matcha Latte. The addition of Irish cream to this already verdant drink makes it a great St. Patrick’s Day cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Carruther's Irish Cream
  • 1-2 Tbsp matcha powder
  • 4 oz cashew milk
  • 2 oz mint tea, Cold
  • ice cubes

How to Make It

1.

Brew mint tea and let cool – can be made ahead of time and left in the refrigerator.

2.

In a small bowl add the matcha powder.

3.

Slowly pour in the cold mint tea, whisking the powder until well combined.

4.

Fill a shaker full of ice.

5.

Add in matcha paste, Irish cream and cashew milk.

6.

Shake very well – until the shaker is so cold it’s hard to hold.

7.

Strain into an ice filled Irish coffee mug

8.

Garnish with a mint sprig and optional whipped cream.
